OUR HISTORY
Our department, which was established under the Faculty of Health Sciences, received students in the 2010-2011 academic year and education began in our Haliç Campus.
Our department has been graduating since 2014.
In the 2016-2017 academic year, the Health Management English program was opened and took its first students.
In addition, thesis and non-thesis master's programs in Health Management were opened in the 2012-2013 academic year. education was started. In the 2014-2015 academic year, the Health Management doctorate program was opened.
Our department has continued its activities in the Kavacık Campus of our University since the 2012-2013 academic year. As of October 2016, it continues its educational activities in Kavacık South Campus.

In recent years, in which rapid global technological changes took place, medical and technological developments, increase in national and international competitors, and patient satisfaction in the foreground have intensified the competition in the health sector. The need for graduates of the Department of Health Management, who have received comprehensive training in health-focused insurance, economics, law, quality management, marketing, strategic management, communication, organizational behavior, talent management and innovation, is increasing day by day.
Our aim is, with our qualified academic staff, who have a good command of medical terminology, who have reached a sufficient level in business and management, who will create a competitive advantage in their institution, who can respond to the constant change brought by technology, who can think interdisciplinary, can work in teams, are result-oriented, open to development, innovative approach, ethical rules. To train future leaders in the field of health, who have adopted the principle of commitment and speak a foreign language.
